Convertly is a performance advertising network connecting Telegram channel owners with advertisers. We operate at joinconvertly.com and via our Telegram bot @convertly_platform_bot. References to "we", "us" or "Convertly" mean the Convertly platform and its operators.

2. What data we collect

When you sign up or use Convertly, we may collect:

• Your Telegram username, user ID and channel link
• Your channel name and subscriber count
• Your preferred posting frequency
• Payment details including USDT wallet address, bank account details or mobile money number
• Click and conversion data generated from campaigns on your channel
• Communication history with our Telegram bot

3. How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Operate and deliver the Convertly service
• Track campaign performance and attribute earnings to your channel
• Process and send your weekly payouts
• Send you notifications via Telegram about earnings and campaigns
• Improve our platform and services
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Advertisers — aggregated, anonymised campaign performance data only. No personal details are shared.
• Infrastructure providers — Railway (hosting), Cloudinary (media), PostgreSQL (database). These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
• Legal authorities — where required by law.

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you remove the Convertly bot from your channel and request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, retaining only anonymised performance records required for financial reporting.

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
