1. Acceptance of terms

By signing up to Convertly or adding our bot to your Telegram channel, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Convertly provides a performance advertising network that connects Telegram channel owners ("Publishers") with advertisers ("Operators"). We facilitate the posting of promotional content to Publisher channels, track resulting player activity, and distribute commission payments to Publishers.

3. Publisher obligations

• You must own or have full administrative rights over any channel you connect to Convertly
• You must not mislead your audience about the nature of promotional content
• You must not artificially inflate clicks, registrations or deposits
• You must ensure your channel complies with Telegram's Terms of Service
• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from payments received

4. Payments

Commission payments are processed weekly, typically every Friday. Payments are made via USDT (TRC20), bank transfer or mobile money as selected during onboarding.

Convertly reserves the right to withhold or reverse payments where fraud, artificial traffic, or breach of these terms is suspected or confirmed.

Minimum payout thresholds may apply. We will notify you of any applicable thresholds via the Telegram bot.

5. Commission rates

Commission rates are determined by the specific advertiser campaign and communicated to Publishers at the time of campaign launch. Rates may vary between campaigns and advertisers. Convertly does not guarantee a minimum earning rate.

6. Prohibited activities

• Click fraud or any artificial manipulation of campaign metrics
• Use of bots or automated tools to generate fake traffic
• Promoting Convertly campaigns on channels you do not own
• Sharing or reselling access to the Convertly platform
• Any activity that violates Nigerian law or Telegram's policies

7. Termination

You may terminate your participation at any time by removing the Convertly bot as administrator from your channel. Campaigns will stop immediately.

Convertly reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or at our sole discretion. Any earned commissions up to the point of termination will be paid unless withheld for the reasons stated in Section 4.

8. Intellectual property

All campaign content provided by advertisers remains the property of the respective advertiser. Convertly retains ownership of its platform, technology and branding. You retain ownership of your channel and its original content.

9. Limitation of liability

Convertly provides the service on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific earnings levels, or continued availability of any particular advertiser campaign. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Convertly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes via the Telegram bot.
